We are very proud of the work we do for our clients and of the time and energy we put into each job. We are always looking for dedicated and motivated people who want to learn how to plan events and weddings.

Due to overwhelming interest in Splash, we have started an internship program to cater to those who wish to learn how to plan successful and memorable events. We choose a few highly motivated individuals to work with us on different events each year.

Details:

This is a start to finish program for Day-of weddings. You work with us through the entire process once we start working with a client. If you would prefer to work on either corporate events or extensive wedding packages, we can work with you on that as well but the process would be a bit different.

1. Spend 10-15 hours in our office, calling vendors, finalizing details, creating agendas and all of the other forms we include.

2. Attend all vendor meetings and final venue walk throughs.

3. Attend the rehearsal and review all that comes with running a rehearsal (2 hours).

4. Attend and help coordinate the wedding day (10 hours) from start to finish. We will give you step by step instructions as well as a detailed overview of the entire day.

5. Once you've completed the program, you can obtain a packet of our invaluable forms and other tools used for Day-of weddings.
