Day Dreams Package

For those of you interested in taking care of your pre-wedding day details we can help you smooth out all of the potential bumps and snags of your wedding day with our Day Dreams Package. This package includes:

Two meetings to review your wedding concept and details as well as unlimited phone and email correspondence
One meeting at venue to walk through and finalize details
Contacting all vendors to finalize details
Complete agenda for wedding day, ceremony and reception
Emergency kit available for day-of use
Ceremony/Reception attendance and coordination (up to 10 hours day-of)
Rehearsal Attendance and Coordination (up to 2 hours)

Partial Parcel

For those interested in step by step assistance, a thorough checklist and timeline of things to do, vendor referrals, assistance with contract negotiation and us to act as a vendor liaison, this package is for you. Similar to the Extensive Envelope below, we offer you a wide range of vendor referrals to fit your budget and style. Our Partial Parcel package however does not include meetings with vendors until you have chosen them. This package puts the decision-making entirely into your hands. We provide you with all the details included in the day-of package as well as help throughout the entire process, from start to finish.

Extensive Envelope

One of the most exciting aspects for us is working with a bride from start to finish, on every detail, with every vendor. The average wedding takes over 300 hours of planning. We help alleviate a lot of that time with our already established network of contacts and our vast experience in planning weddings. The Extensive Envelope includes assistance in any and all areas in addition to the basic Day Dreams inclusions above. Most importantly, we will be by your side every step of the way. This package includes but is not limited to:

Three meetings to review your wedding concept and details as well as unlimited phone and email correspondence
Everything included in the day-of package above
Assistance creating a realistic budget within your price range
A full list of vendors in every area and help choosing them and meeting with them where desired
Assistance visiting and choosing the perfect venue
Assistance in choosing and writing the perfect invitation and other required stationary
Assistance in table favors, place cards, theme, color, design, layout and in just remembering the long list of things to do!

We can also arrange weekend activities for guests, help with hotel reservations, create the welcome bags, set up group activities, coordinate the bridal party (attire, hair, measurements), or do pretty much anything listed on our a la carte menu. Contact Us for more details!

Destination Wedding Package

Destination weddings are exciting for everyone involved. They can also be very difficult to coordinate. You have to juggle international times, customs, and wedding traditions as well as passports, hotel and tour reservations and airline travel. We have coordinated destination weddings from nearby states to far away countries. The aspects of the wedding may remain very similar, but the affair is usually much more complicated. Let us bring our experience planning weddings internationally and our expertise in planning weddings at home to your special day. We can recommend venues, locations, islands or countries to complete the experience you are dreaming of.
