We meet with each couple initially to understand your ideas and personal style. We then suggest different ways we can help turn your vision into reality. Extensive Package

One of the most exciting aspects for us is working with a bride from start to finish, on every detail, with every vendor. The average wedding takes over 300 hours of planning. We help alleviate a lot of that time with our already established network of contacts and our vast experience in planning weddings. The Extensive Package includes assistance in any and all areas in addition to the basic Day-Of inclusions. Most importantly, we will be by your side every step of the way. Day-Of Package

For those of you interested in taking care of your pre-wedding day details we can help you smooth out all of the potential bumps and snags of your wedding day with our Day-Of Package. This package includes:

Three meetings to review your wedding concept and details as well as unlimited phone and email correspondence
Contacting the vendors to finalize details
Agenda for wedding ceremony and reception
Emergency kit available for day-of use
Ceremony/reception attendance and coordination (up to 10 hours day of)
Rehearsal attendance and coordination

Additional items can include travel expenses for out of town weddings, event vendor meals, and additional hours over allotted time.

A la Carte

A la carte items can be added to a package or quoted individually. We will work with you to adapt any service. Schedule a free consultation with us today so we can design a package that best serves your needs.

Arranging for out-of-town guest hotel accommodations
Out-of-town guest welcome information/bags*

Research of venues and site visits
Contract negotiation and coordination

Vendor Selection Includes:

Vendor referrals
Help in choosing vendors
Contract negotiation

Wedding Specifics includes:

Theme/color design ideas
Table favor ideas (cost of creation of favors varies)*

Wedding Agenda includes:

Agenda for wedding ceremony and reception
Contacting vendors to coordinate timeline

Other:

Honeymoon travel planning/organization
Rehearsal dinner coordination
Party planning for one of the following: bridal shower, bridal luncheon, bachelor party,
bachelorette party, anniversary, renewal of vows
Hourly consulting services

* The cost of services for starred items do not include supplies or vendor costs (invitations, favors, name cards, baskets, guest bags, etc. will be billed separately by vendor under separate contract). We do not increase the cost for you by including the cost in our bottom line. Splash will bill you solely for our services.
